PR account assignment tab pop up IMG for commitment item

在測試IDES時，發現plant 1200下單PR後，account assignment會自動pop up出來，但是為什麼呢？原來是因為IMG設定fund management時，commitment item為必輸造成。





以下為IMG哪裡設定為必輸





由於設定了FM area 1000 的commitment item為必輸，所以PR的account assignment tab會pop up

Hi experts,

Could you please tell me  what is the main differences between Internal Order and Funds Management.

Can I use "Internal Order" for Budget Control (i.e. Availability check etc.).

I know that generally its been done in the BCS (Budget control system) in Funds Management.

Can we do the same (same) using internal order??

Yes, yu can control the budget using Internal orders as well

IO will enable you to control Budget at the IO level, not individual cost element level....Where as FM will help you control the same at Cost Element / Cost Center Level
