IMG > MM > IM > goods receipt > Set "Delivery Completed" Indicator.
Here you can set if "Delivery Completed" Indicator shall be
defaulted for your plant if the receipt is withing the
over-/underdelivery tolerances.

If you manually activate the indicator in PO it will be closed only from the MRP perspective and still will allow you to make goods receipt . (I doubt this point, I need to test it !!!)

you can use mass maintenance for PO with program MEMASSPO(not found in 4.6C...) and choose delivery completed
