ORA-28112

ORA-28112: failed to execute policy function occurs when the policy function encounters some runtime errors, typically unhandled exceptions. Fortunately, the error will produce a trace file in the user_dump_dest directory that can be examined and the error can be corrected.  You need to see the trace file for additional details on the ORA-2812 error
